This is a great class for those new to exercise, pre or postnatal, and those rehabilitating injuries. In this class you will learn how to properly execute the 6 primal movement patterns, as well as build postural alignment and abdominal activation.

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). This is a total body workout for men and women, with no equipment necessary (however there will be options to add dumbbells and resistance bands if you have them, so feel free to make this more challenging!).

This is a Barre style class that has earned the #1 spot of all Barre classes in Manhattan on ClassPass in 2019! This class is 45 minutes. Bands, light weights, yoga blocks, pilates ball and a small towel are a plus, but not necessary. You can also use a towel/belt, two 16oz cans of anything.
