Booty Call - 30 minute Class

Booty call is a 30 minute virtual mat class with an emphasis on glutes, legs, arms and abs. Short on time? We'll hit it and quit it with this one, leaving you shaking and smiling after! This class is open to all levels. You'll need a yoga mat, light weights and resistance bands if you have them, however all props are optional! We will be working on mindset throughout the class to be a more confident and strong person inside an out.

Some things you can use if you have them:

  • Yoga mat

  • Resistance Band and/or Glute Loop

  • Light weights (set of 1,2 or 3lbs)

Booty By Rudi Signature class is a Barre Style total body workout with an emphasis on cardio and lower body toning. This class was rated #1 in Manhattan on ClassPass in 2019! You'll focus on building postural alignment and lean muscles. This class will leave you feeling like a dancer, even if you've never done a plié! This class is open to all levels. You'll need a chair or furniture to serve as a barre. If you have light weights, resistance bands, sliders, yoga block or ball, these can all be used, but they are always optional. We will be working on mindset throughout the class to be a more confident and strong person inside and out, in just an hour.

 

Some things you can use if you have them:

  • Yoga mat

  • Resistance Band and/or Glute Loop

  • 'Barre' (Chair or wall)

  • Light weights (set of 1,2 or 3lbs)

  • Sliders

Signature Barre - 1 hour Class

Barre + Strength - 1 hour

Barre + Strength is not your mother's barre class! This hour long class is designed to be a safe introduction to strength training without overloading the body. As women, we NEED to strength train! We will activate our muscles with barre style exercises, and then focus on larger multi-joint movements to build muscle and lean out. This class is great for increasing bone density, injury prevention, adding muscle definition with out 'bulking' and taking your training to the next level. We will start barre style-head into strength training, hit a few minutes of cardio and then head to the floor to finish out class! 

 

Some things you can use if you have them:

  • Yoga mat

  • Resistance Band and/or Glute Loop

  • Towel and Water

  • Light weights (set of 1,2 or 3lbs)

  • Heavier weights (set of 8lbs-30lbs)

Intro to Booty by Rudi

Class is approximately 30 minutes. You don’t need any props, however a Yoga mat and a chair/desk/something to lean on might be helpful. Wearing Bluetooth headphones for the class is ideal so you can hear me clearly!

This is a great introduction to my signature Booty By Rudi class. If you’ve taken my class before and have props like resistance bands and light weights (you can get creative) feel free to take any advancements you know. I won’t cue them here, but do what makes you feel good!

This class is for all levels and modifications will be offered!

All classes will be held on ZOOM. You will receive a link 10 minutes before class. If you don't receive a link 5 minutes prior, check your spam folder.
