Tiffany Rudi is the partner of Melville FA Matt Roache, and the creator of the Booty By Rudi method. She has over 6 years of experience in the fitness industry and is a Certified Personal Trainer with a background touring the world as a professional performer in Broadway Shows. She’s managed multiple gyms and created fitness programs for studios in Las Vegas and New York City. She’s recognized as a fitness leader in Washington Heights. She’s nationally accredited through the National Academy of Sports Medicine specializing in Barre, HIIT, and Strength Training for Women.
