Without the correct mindset, you will not achieve what you desire.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
How our brains work to truly build a habit:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You think 60,000-70,000 thoughts per day, 90% of those thoughts are the same exact thoughts as the day before.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Your life isn’t going to change much when the same thoughts lead to the same choices which lead to the same actions and behaviors which lead to the same experiences which produce the same emotions. Everything in your biology then stays the same. Your neural circuitry, neural chemistry, hormones and DNA is equal to how you think, act and feel.

When a person decides to make a change, they use 5% of their conscious mind to go against the 95% subconscious. The thought says one thing, but the body has been conditioned into the past.

If you don’t use your thoughts to create a vision of your future, you’re left with the memories of your past and those behaviors and habits. You will then be predictable in your life.

So what does this mean? How can you possibly better yourself and wire or rewire good habits? You must start with changing your thoughts. This is why we journal, meditate and try to create a relationship with your thoughts.

Without the right mindset, thoughts and implementations, how can you make the changes you truly desire?
