I believe in the counter-diet culture. I’ve seen what massive changes can happen when a woman begins to feed her body rather than restrict. I’ve experienced the changes my clients have in their relationship with food, and how learning how to properly fuel your body can heal them both physically and emotionally. And I coach this way, because I’ve experienced it first hand, and it changed my body and life like nothing else ever had.
To put it simply- when we restrict, whether it’s calories, carbs, this food or that, our body’s natural functions stop working. This can mean your metabolism, hormones, sleep and more can be negatively affected. Even worse, when we consume overly processed food and drink, our body is completely confused by it and treats it like poison!
I work with my clients on a natural, long-term approach to eating. I will not help you lose 10 lbs in 1 month, but I will show you how to eat right and intern, sleep better, look better, perform better and feel better than you ever have before in a way that is so simple and unique to you.
There is no one-size-fits-all. We’ll identify your specific macronutrient needs, and the top 1 or 2 other areas of your life that are affecting your health the most. We’ll tackle these things at once to better change and overhaul bad habits. You’ll learn about which foods your body loves, and which ones do not serve it.
Once you’ve mastered tracking macros and have learned what feels amazing in your body, we switch to intuitive eating. You won’t be tied down to a plan, but empowered to make better choices based on the knowledge you’ve gained from learning and listening to your body.
No magic shakes, no 1,200 calories a day, and no BS. This way of eating will free you from every diet out there, and you’ll never look back again.
