All I want in the world is to eat anything and gain zero weight and not feel bloated and still be able to be the strong badass woman I am. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Here's the thing- our bodies are so good at adapting- sometimes we don’t even realize our diet is making us feel like utter sh*t. I’ve felt the difference from poor eating to cleaning up those habits and have been SHOCKED I’d been living any other way. It usually starts from an aesthetic reason to begin- but then it quickly becomes about how I FEEL. And that feeling is worth not eating the bacon and having the blueberries. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

So I know that clean eating is important for not only my body- but for my mind and soul. So I carve out the time and plan ahead. Where there’s a will, there’s a way. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I know we all want to eat healthier, and we all know the benefits, but why aren’t you? What's your excuse? Because if you aren't doing it, something is holding you back and you might not even know it. ⠀
