This is not a personal training relationship and I will not be monitoring progress unless you are a one-on-one client. Please allow 48 hours for your welcome email. From there you will recieve a questionair to asses your goals for this program. After that is complete, the program turn around time is 3 business days.
Personalized Programing for 6-Weeks
Because physical exercise can be strenuous and subject to risk of serious injury, the Coach recommends the Client obtain a physical examination from a doctor before beginning any exercise or training program. The Client agrees that participating in the Coach’s exercise programs are done entirely at the Client’s own risk. This includes, without limitation, (a) Client’s use of all amenities and equipment in any facility and any location, and Client’s participation in any activity, class, program, or instruction, (b) the sudden and unforeseen malfunctioning of any equipment (c) Coach’s instruction, training, supervision, or dietary recommendations. The Client agrees that Client is voluntarily participating in these activities and assumes all risks of injury. Client expressly agrees to release and discharge the Coach from any and all claims or causes of action. This waiver and release of liability includes, without limitation, all injuries to Client which may occur, regardless of negligence.
If any portion of this release from liability shall be deemed by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, then the remainder of this release from liability shall remain in full force and effect and the offending provision or provisions severed here from.
Client agrees to voluntarily give up any right that Client may otherwise have to bring a legal action against the Coach for negligence, or any other personal injury or property damage or loss action.
Client agrees that payment(s) is (are) nonrefundable and will waive any and all credit card chargeback rights.
If Coach decides that working together is not benefiting the Client, or if Client is not following through with recommendations provided by the Coach, the Coach may close the coaching relationship at any time upon ten (10) days written notice to the Client. The termination of partnership notice will be mailed, faxed, or emailed. Any fees that Client has already paid for future Coaching will be refunded based on a pro-rated basis per week of unused time. In the event Client owes any fees to the Coach at the time of termination, Client will pay them immediately within ten (10) days of termination.
